St Rita's Weight Management Center offers monthly support groups as an additional resource with your weight loss goals. Our June Support Group was another great turn out to discuss Weight Loss and Relationships wtih Friends, Family and Spouses. Our program psychologist Dr Dadfur lead the convesation and in return was opened up to all in attendance to share their successes, strategies and ideas! We look forward to another great support group in July wtih our Exercise Physiologist discussing tips for increasing physical activity right inside our own home!
