Body Composition Analysis


Body Composition, or fat vs. fat-free (lean) mass has been considered one of the best measurements of a person's overall health.  When you step on a scale and look at your body weight, its hard to tell the difference between a pound of fat  and a pound of muscle.  When we lose 5 pounds, are we losing fat, muscle or water? 

The staff at the Weight Management Center has the ability to reveal these results to you.  Step on our SECA mbca scale-it takes about 17 seconds.  We will provide you with a printout and verbal explanation of your results.

A body composition analysis printout can show you the important shifts between fat and muscle mass and hydration levels that occur when you are in the process of losing weight.
