St. Rita’s Weight Managment Center is committed to lifelong weight management and wellness of our patients and employees.

We know lifelong physical activity is necessary to maintain weight loss.

All patients meet our exercise physiologist during an orientation to the fitness center. He meets you where you are physically and helps create a plan for you.

We believe everyone can do something.
Even sitting in a chair!
